Our service 7success
Seven Success currently provides home care services all across Thailand.
1. Select date that you would like to receive care , and then giving Patient‘s condition to the Seven Success team. We will evaluate the package and offer service that are suited to your needs
2. Choose dates & Location where you would like to receive care.
3. Within 3-5 days. We will send care giver profile that fits patient's condition. And your needs. If you are not pleased with the given profile, you can request for a new profile.
4. The Payment can be made by credit card , cash , and bank transfer Just follow 4 steps, the care giver will be to take care of love
Day care service caregiver will take care of patients for 12 hours . the caregiver are responsible their own travel expenses
12 hours day shift (working time 07.00-19.00 or 08.00-20.00)
12 hours night shift (working time 19:00-07:00 or 20:00-08:00 )
note:
Live-in care means that the care giver will take care 12 hours in the day time and at night they will be standby for assist when the patient has Irregular symptoms or needs special assistance.
In case of the patient doesn't sleep or frequently go to the bathroom during the night. That make Care giver has to be awake for 24 hours, resulting exhausted. affect the quality of care Seven Success team may have to change the care giver who more suitable for your case or offer the other care service.
After receiving patient information Seven Success, we will send care giver profiles within 3 days (in the event that there is no suitable staff within 3 days, we will resume the search and report immediately when the right people are available
In case of the care giver take leave , 7 Success will find substitute care giver base on Patient‘s
condition and Coordinate information and care plans to substitute caregiver , to make sure that
patient will receives continuous care and the best service form us
When you have started using our care service , We have medical team consult . Making an appointments with customer service .
Professional Care Giver team
Employees are the professional caregivers who has certified by Seven Success training cente Care giver team must pass three criteria :
1. Nursing skills: consists of 4 basic skills: vital signs measurement; patient moving and handling skills , basic physical therapy , bed bath and 10 special skills such as tube feeding , preliminary wound dressing , glucose blood piercing and insulin injections , enema, etc.
2. Communication Skills and Personality: Our care giver team have a positive attitude and love to taking care of the elderly patients.
3. Criminal background checking by Royal Thai Police
In addition, Seven Success regularly organizes training and strengthening skills in caring for the sick and the elderly for employees. To increase the quality of care and to lay the foundation for career advancement of the employees themselves
Care Giver is the person who experienced professional senior care skills trained and certified by 7 success training center Duty includes assisting patient in daily activities such as vital sign assessment, patient moving and handling , basic physical therapy
** Care Giver are unable to perform complex care activities such as replacing gastrostomy tube , replacing urinary catheters, very deep Wound Care , Hemodialysis , Blood Drawing or drug injection . Seven Success suggest you to have registered performing complexity of activities .
Registered Nurse (RN) is a nurse who has graduated from 4 year nursing program with nursing license . They are responsible in performing nursing procedures, providing treatments , and enhancing patient's well-being.
At home: Take care of the patient's general daily activity such as bathing, defecation, dressing, medication, preparing meal that suitable for the patient ( soft boiled rice, porridge, liquid food )and tube feeding and suctioning. Take the patient to the hospital according to the doctor's appointment.
At the hospital: take care of the general daily routine of the patient such as bathing, defecation, dressing, medication and preparing medication base on the patient's condition assisting registered nurse in taking care of patient according to doctor's orders.
All employees of Seven Success have passed interviews and caregiving assessment by our medical team. Every caregivers also have criminal background checked by Thai royal police .
When we Receive patients’s condition, We will send you the most suitable Care giver profile for you to consider. If you are not satisfied , Please provide reasons so we can find a new profile that fit your needs .
If Caregiver profile doesn't meet patients needs we will find a better fit for the patient. If we can't find suitable caregiver within 3 days, we will give you a refund .
Caregiver can communicate in basic level English. If you are interested English speaking care giver please contact our admin via LINE @789success
Service fees and payments
Daily package ranges from 1,000-1,800 baht and
Monthly package ranges from 17,000-26,000 baht Rates depend on following conditions
Skills needed:
- Condition that requires minimal care, such as assisting the nurse in taking care in hospital .
- Condition that requires basic care, such as Seniors walking Assist, Soap suds enema, Personal hygiene care, etc.
- Condition that requires special care such as insulin injections, dementia, etc.
- Condition that requires high-level care such as tube Feeding, suction, urinary catheterize , high-
Stages Pressure Ulcers care, etc.
- Cases that requires complex care skill
7 success package rate only include service rate. excluding processing fees, care giver food budget, travelling fee and OT.
After you confirm care giver profile, you have to make payment via 2 channels:
1. By bank transfer : TMB Thanachart Account Name GNAS Nursing and Service Company Limited Account Number 303-1-08829-1
2. Credit/debit card **There is a 3% fee.
If cancellation is made earlier than 48 hours before service starts, the payment will be refund 90 % (excluding 10 % of processing fee)
If cancellation is made later than 48 hours before service starts, the payment will be refund 50 %
Cancel during service:
If patient is admitted in ICU/CCU or sudden death occurs, , the remaining service days will be refund 50 % (excluding 10 % for processing fee )
If Care Giver doesn't meet patient's needs we will find a better fit for the patient. If we can't find a suitable caregiver within 3-5 days, the remaining service days fee will be refunded. (excluding 10 % for processing fee )
- You can request for cancellation anytime. Service will be terminated at the end of booking.
** Seven Success has a refund policy for monthly packages only. There is no refund for daily packages .
